Stacked is a series of architectural objects, challenging our notion of balance. They merge solidity and fragility, resoluteness and calculation into an elegant yet substantial composition of lines and bricks. The connections between the separate components are made and fixed while the concrete elements are still wet, allowing a free way of building and stacking open moulds atop another. They introduce a technique to be used for building firm furniture pieces as well as complete settings and spaces. Pictures by Jeroen Verrecht
